Fujikura CT50
The CT50 fiber cleaver is the first in the world to feature an electric motor and is wirelessly controlled by the fusion splicer. Based on the fiber cleave angle and profile, the splicer evaluates the blade's wear and automatically rotates it to a new position, eliminating the need for operator intervention.
If the CT50's fiber clamp module wears out, it can be easily replaced by the operator without requiring assistance from an authorized Fujikura distributor or service center.
The CT50 can also be controlled via a smartphone using the "Splice+" app.
